Delhi University's students have completed almost 90% of their syllabus through online classes.

In February, in the middle of the semester, the DU administration arbitrarily decided to resume offline classes, giving outstation students a window of just 3-4 days to return to Delhi, find accommodation and resume attending physical lectures.

And now, the administration wants students to give offline exams in May-June, This is really unfair and could jeopardise students' academic careers.

The DU administration should continue with Open-Book Examinations for this semester as well. Students should be given some time to settle in Delhi, make up for the learning gap of the last two years due to online classes, and regain their academic confidence. The University can resume offline classes and exams on a full-scale in the next semester.

I urge you all to share the petition – Change.org/DUWantsOBE – on WhatsApp by clicking on this link. https://cutt.ly/zFQaoEI.
