University of York:

Please end all relationships with the arms trade! Thousands upon thousands are dying in wars globally, and it is despicable that the University of York is still receiving grants from weapons manufacturers.

By doing so, the university is complicit in murder. 

The University of York has declared that it will divest from all companies that primarily sell weapons, defence products and fossil fuels. Whilst this is a step in the right direction, this petition is calling on the University to be completely transparent in the steps that it is taking and to divest and end all relationships with arms companies immediately.
