Our studies have been disrupted due to flooding and COVID-19 threats. This has lead to changes in teaching, assignments, missed lectures and increased anxiety. In addition to this, with the Carona Virus we all know people who are vulnerable or are vulnerable themselves and self isolation can have strong negative impacts on anyone mental health. It is not fair, nor will you get our best work, if we are expected to hand in everything as if university was carrying on as normal - which it is not as teaching has FINALLY been moved online. This extention is need to allow for an adjustment period to this pandemic but also to give us some time to cope with the added stress this situation as given us.
