Yes, it does.  UT students are representatives of their college alumni and it's Code of Conduct and Anti-discrimination laws are not followed.  Discrimination of any kind should not be allowed in or outside our universities.  Freedom of Speech is not a pass for discrimination.  http://www.salon.com/2015/03/10/texas_fraternity_under_fire_for_forbidding_deuschbags_mexicans_and_interracial_dating/

Please sign this petition to show University of Texas that this type of behavior is not Freedom of Speech but discrimination.
