Remove the minus letter grades from UT's grading policy.

The Issue

The harsh grading policy has students who acquire a 90-92 have their GPAs significantly dropped. However, unlike other universities, the University of Texas at Austin is one of the universities who implement this policy. The effort put in by each student receiving a grade such as an A- puts in the same amount of effort as a student making the a non-minus version of the letter grade. Moreover, this also puts a cushion for people for their grades by decreasing the standard by which they need to get a good grade that boosts their GPA which in turn decreases stress for students. Removing grades such as A-, B-, C- would help the student community's health through a decrease in stress.
