This is a petition to officially change the name of Thompson-Boling Arena to honor the late Pat Summitt. Pat exemplified everything it means to be a Volunteer. With all due respect to Mr. Thompson and Dr. Boling, the only name that should be on the side of this Arena should be Summitt. Her contributions to the University of Tennessee and women's athletics are incomparable. Please sign if you believe the University should rename their basketball arena after our legendary coach.
