TNR is a way to help better the feral cat population on USI's Campus. It will do this through reducing the population of cats on campus through preventing new kittens from being born, preventing disease through vaccination of the feral cats, and providing food and shelter. This will help decrease over population in shelters in the Evansville area and prevent the problem from escalating. These cats will be healthier and less disruptive.
