Our friend Quincy Quadfox has received much love and support around campus, including several social media posts, memes, and adoring fans. However, his health is clearly deteriorating. His skin is itchy, his hair is patchy, and he has lost significant weight. In mid April, the University of Rochester Environmental Health and Safety Department issued a statement expressing genuine concern regarding these health problems and promised to humanely capture and treat the fox. However, in July, students still see the fox running around campus, and he looks sicker than ever. We do not know what measures, if any, have been taken to aid this furry little friend. On behalf of the University of Rochester student body, please take further means to help this fox and keep the student body updated on his well being. Quincy is an important part of our culture that brings warm and holesome joy to every student on campus. He is the lifeblood of our campus, so let’s keep him healthy.
