The attached link is the proposal for the Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Center we aim to establish at the University of Richmond. The purpose of this proposal is to critically examine the current institutional response to sexual misconduct, rape, and interpersonal violence at the University of Richmond and suggest the implementation of a Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Center.

Signing this petition serves as a call to action for President Crutcher, the Board of Trustees, and administration at the University of Richmond to recognize the imminent need and desire for a rape crisis center on campus and to implement this resource.
