It is hard to know, as an outsider, where the negotiations have got to for Blackwell's.  Obviously, we don't want to leave it too late, so that our petition misses the mark.

Please consider having another big push of the petition in the next few days and I will then submit it to Blackwell's.  I will tell you all before I do it, so that we can get every signature possible onto it.
