Implementing on-campus Sleeping Pods to help normalise the siesta among young Australians
The issue
It's time to normalise the siesta in every nation. They way to do it is by starting small. Installing sleeping pods throughout Australian universities would enable students to recharge themselves in a healthy manner and influence others around them to do the same. Too many universities and companies perceive 'napping as slacking', and as a result sleep is not placed as a top priority among students and workers. Taking a 15-20min afternoon nap not only reduces the risk of diabetes and heart disease, but maintains concentration and alterness levels up to three hours afterwards - making workers/studiers 100x more productive.
