We urge administrators to consider a pass/fail grade model for SP2020 that is being instituted at other universities around the country, due to the spread of COVID-19. This will mitigate anxiety and fear of academic repercussions. Tigers value their education. The virus has created barriers, including a lack of academic resources and internet access with the transition to virtual learning. We should be given the chance to do to the best of our ability, without fear, as we adjust to these unprecedented times.
