A petition to secure the introduction of Mortar hats as an item of dress for undergraduate graduation ceremonies at the University of Leeds.

During graduation ceremonies the University of Leeds currently only allows Undergraduates to wear academic dress rather than full academic dress. This means recipients of bachelor's degrees and Undergraduate Masters are not permitted to wear a mortarboard.

We wish to update this so that those receiving an undergraduate degree are entitled to wear full academic dress.
