I want to thank the University of Iowa Student Government for their support and distribution of this petition. But most importantly, I want to thank every single one of you that has signed and shared. In just 24 hours we have been able to gather over 7,000 signatures! But it doesn't stop here. Although we had a completely peaceful protest last night we cannot forget the attacks on peaceful protestors that took place on June 3rd.
