We, the students and alumni, of the University of Alabama have been deprived of one of our favorite stadium anthems and a long standing fan favorite, Dixieland Delight. We hold this to be one of our most precious game day songs and would like to see it return at the Iron Bowl. For all of the millions of dollars we contribute to this school, we believe that requesting the reinstatement of this song into the stadium song lineup is quite minuscule. This is one of the greatest joys we have as students singing this song with our classmates and alumni alike. With all this being said, FREE DIXIELAND DELIGHT.
