The graduating class of 2021 at UAH has just received news that they will not have a graduation ceremony and that they will instead hold a "virtual commencement".  Other colleges in the surrounding area have been able to successfully hold in person ceremonies during the Covid pandemic and they have accomplished this by holding multiple ceremonies which has allowed for adequate spacing between attendees.  The 2021 graduates have worked so hard for this moment and they deserve to be recognized for their accomplishments. The class of 2021 would greatly appreciate your support in petitioning for multiple ceremonies to allow for a safe in person graduation.
