Reasonable reduction of UiTM Dengkil's college fee

Reasonable reduction of UiTM Dengkil's college fee
The Issue
Updated
The Covid-19 Pandemic has already affected the citizens of the world including Malaysians, especially students. Since we (UiTM Dengkil students) have to attend Face to face sessions on the second half of the upcoming semester. I am suggesting that our college fee needs to reduce to a reasonable amount.

My suggestion is that every student gets a justified reasonable fee:
Example:
Main Suggestion (rationale based)
Any reasonable fee for everyone so that is justified based on UiTM's admins discussions and decisions and can help the students and families who are struggling financially
Other suggestion (week/data based)
MOD students are only 10 weeks in college so it is reasonable to charge the students based on the weeks they are in college. Since the fee is technically RM30/week, It is reasonable to charge RM300 only for them.
The students returning during "Muet Bertulis( 30/1)" - 9 weeks for the whole semester, so the reasonable amount is RM270
The students returning during "Sesi Pendaftaran" - 7 weeks, which is half of the semester which would be reasonably RM210
This is because
1. We attend ODL for the some of the semester at home and can't use most of the facilities at campus
2. There are a lot of families affected by this pandemic especially B40s families and also the parents that lose their job during this time.
3. To empathise the students who are struggling financially
4. There are other things like new textbooks that students need to buy, the reduction of the fees can help us a lot.
5. It is more reasonable to charge us based on the weeks we stay in college.
6.To show that the administration cares about the students' welfare and can set an example to other educational institutions.
7. To ensure the UiTM's integrity as an educational institution.
8. It can help especially East Malaysian students since the flight tickets are increasing at this time.
I hope this suggestion passes and can help the students financially. Thank you.
