The Issue

We will dedicate the pursuit of justice for Albert Charles Parisi Jr. By sharing this we can help bring awareness and we need the help of all communities.Sharing This will also help keep Alberts Charles Parisi Jr's legacy alive and in honor. This will save lives in the future and present. It is too many people dying because of gun violence and we can do more to prevent actions like this from happening by putting more restrictions on criminals who have previous violent charges. Many times when someone is hurt or killed It Is by someone who had previous violent charges. If these charges are dealt with properly it can prevent the person from hurting or killing someone else. Albert Charles Parisi Jr previously served in the US ARMY and he was 31 years of age. The person who shot Albert should not have been in Society because of shooting someone in the past. Receiving just a slap on the wrist the repeat violent offender was able to strike again this time being charged for murder, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury for the second time, possession of a firearm by a felon for the second time and six counts of assault with a deadly weapon with a minor present. The violent offender shot into an occupied dwelling (Alberts Home)in front of his family and children also injuring by (by accident and carelessly) shooting another victim. If the offender wouldn't have been in society then Albert Parisi was still be alive, and no one else would have been shot, hurt, or injured on this painful day of January 24th 2021. Violent criminals need to be stopped before they are able to keep committing violent crimes to other people in the community. Most recently, the shooter was convicted in Lee County in March 2019 for felony assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon in an August 2018 incident. Offender was was sentenced to 36 months probation because his prison term was suspended. It is proven that probation was not enough and we need to put a end to these senseless killings that can be avoided. Albert was a lovely person, family man and hard worker with a heart of gold ❤ and he didn't deserve to die. He was fatally shot in his own home and he was unarmed. Let's sign this petition to support Albert Charles Parisi Jr, and everyone who was affected by this tragedy and get him, and everyone else who witnessed or experienced this tragedy the justice that he and their family needs and deserves!
