More and more mothers are losing custody of their children due to an issue with their ex or simply because the judge doesn’t like them. Good moms should not lose custody of their children simply because they challenged the judge or because their ex lies in court about them. I have lost custody of my 2 children several times due to malicious lies told by my ex to hurt me and our children. I have had to get several rulings set aside, which became very costly. Family court judges are ripping children from their mothers just because a father says something occurred, without conducting a full investigation or verifying the evidence. They simply take the fathers word for it. When a judge allows this to happen it gives abusive fathers the opportunity to take full advantage of the system. The abusive fathers in turn use the system to punish their exes and seek revenge through the very children they claim to love. I have never been on drugs, never had any sort of addictions nor have I ever done or caused harm to my children, but somehow I ended up with 22% custody and forced to pay my ex child support. This needs to stop. It’s clearly an abuse of the system. When I left my ex husband he told me that if I ever left he would take our children from me. Something I never thought was possible but he did and continues to do so every time I do something he doesn’t like. The family law judicial system is allowing fathers to take full advantage of vulnerable women who only want to raise their children away from narcissistic and controlling men.
