On September 8, 2017, Ken'neka Jenkins, 19, attended a party in Rosemont, IL with Monifah Shelton, Shamaya Winders, and Abreonna Mays at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel that was held by Irene Roberts.  Several people who attended the party had saw her drinking cognac, but DID NOT see her consume marijuana or other drugs, such as PILLS. Another witness had said that Jenkins "wasn't acting like her usual self," noting that she would dance a little. Later, Ken'neka went to go sit down on the bed. Once it was time for Ken'neka to leave, she was seen with others walking through one of the halls in the hotel (WHO WERE ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO KEN'NEKA WAS WALKING WITH). Camera footage later surfaced of Jenkins staggering near the front desk at 3:20 a.m. (WHERE WERE THE FRONT DESK ASSISTANTS AND SECURITY!!!???). Jenkins was found dead inside a walk-in freezer of the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare hotel located in Rosemont, Illinois on September 10, 2017. The freezer was on and working in both the walk-in freezer and the walk-in cooler although the lights were turned OFF when Ken'neka "walked in" (the first door was the cooler and the second door was the freezer), which was located inside of an UNUSED kitchen.  Hypothetical, the cause of death was hypothermia, with the presence of alcohol along with a drug used to treat epilepsy and migraine headaches in her body a significant contributing factor (REMEMBER, KEN'NEKA WAS NOT SEEN CONSUMING ANY TYPE OF DRUGS SO WHY WAS TOPIAMATE FOUND IN HER SYSTEM???) When Ken'neka Jenkins family asked for the videotapes, they weren't allowed to have access to the tapes; however, MTV had access to both videotapes in the hotel and videos of the funeral.
