Save the USMNT

Save the USMNT
-The USMNT currently has the deepest and most talented pool of players of any manager in our history. This talent pool is being wasted because our manger Gregg Berhalter is not qualified for his position. Gregg Berhalter is a good man, and I have no doubt that he works hard at his job. However, he does have the qualifications or managerial abilities for our team to succeed. The USMNT may qualify for the World Cup. They may have some impressive results. That is due to a talent gap, and in spite of the head coach.
As a dedicated US Soccer supporter, I cannot watch the current talent of the USMNT be wasted and mismanaged. My major complaints and action plan:
-Gregg Berhalter was fired as a coach in the Swedish 2nd Division and had a less than 40% win rate in the MLS. He was never a qualified candidate.
-Gregg Berhalter's brother Jay was a USSF executive during the sham coaching "search" after the 2018 World Cup debacle. The USMNT fans deserve insight into the process, what other candidates were vetted and interviewed, and an understanding of the role of Jay Berhalter in the coaching search.
-Gregg Berhalter has displayed an inability to recognize talent. He becomes attached to players who are not near USMNT quality and continually puts them on the field Will Trapp, Michael Bradley, Jackson Yeuill, and Paul Arriola are some example of this inability to assess players
-Gregg Berhalter has displayed no tactical skills or ability to adjust to his opponents. Moreover, he shows that he cannot effectively utilize the players at his disposal and put them in position to succeed.
After the 2018 World Cup debacle, the USSF said it was time to make real changes to ensure that never happened again. After a year of a coaching “search”, the brother of a USSF official was appointed manager of the USMNT. Gregg Berhalter is not a competent manager, and the USMNT not succeed if he remains in charge.
