We the people of Matagorda, TX, Selkirk, TX and Wadsworth, TX are tired of being disrespected, treated like dirt, laughed at, FLIPPED OFF, and ignored by the Wadsworth Post Office clerk, Charlene Garcia.

Countless of complaints, DAILY complaints, are being made to the Bay City Post Office where her boss is and NOTHING is being done. Her boss/ex-husband, Joe Garcia, does nothing to fix the issue. If he “talks to her” she responds with retaliation against us customers. He took away our most beloved clerk Tonya, who was there for years and gave Charlene a place unsupervised to trash and work as she pleases!

Charlene is only open when she wants to be. She deliberately stashes and holds packages for weeks if she does not like you, no longer are the trash cans available to dispose trash or recycle as they are full or locked, the metal gate is no longer opened during all office hours, the door bell is blocked of with a sign to discourage anyone from trying to get her to come out, and the floor is disgusting with dead bugs and trash.

It is astonishing how a government employee can get away with years of unethical customer service.
