Kenneth J. Braithwaite NEW - Secretary of the Navy

So it looks like the Navy finally got a NEW Secretary of the Navy, Kenneth J. Braithwaite .  Hopefully, this guy can be the voice of reason and do the right thing by my brother and strip Nettleton of his retirement benefits.  We have nearly 1.8 million reasons why he need to lose these benefits. Yes, he has nearly that much money coming to him, as the Navy let him retire in March of 2019.  How befitting.  I am calling on Kenneth J.
