Updated Secretary of the Navy

Since the Secretary of the Navy changes every few months,  I have added, Gregory Slavonic,  assistant secretary of the Navy name to this petition.  Together we let the US Navy know that Captain John Nettleton's behavior must have consequences to preserve and protect the integrity of the Navy.  Help me let them know that his actions will not be tolerated.  Sentencing for Captain John R. Nettleton is scheduled for 8/13/2020 at the federal courthouse in Jacksonville Florida. I will be forwarding this petition to Senator Casey's  an Toomey's office, as well as, Congressman Fitzpatrick's office.
