JUSTICE for the murder of LCpl Ronald Valentin

JUSTICE for the murder of LCpl Ronald Valentin
The Issue
LCpl Ronald Valentin was found murdered almost two years ago in a ditch 200 feet away from the Sergeants residence that he was hanging out with on the labor day weekend at Marine base in Okinawa, Japan on September 6th, 2018. He had been missing for 5 days before his roommate reported him missing. Once it was made aware, his body was found very quickly but so badly decomposed it couldn't be identified by physical markers, only by his dental records. His family had to have a closed casket funeral and never personally identified him in person, only by video of a tattoo. When they received his body from the Marine's at the airport it was revealed as they were leaving the airport that they had THE WRONG BODY in the wrong casket to the Valentin family. They did the entire bereavement for the wrong body, LCpl Ronald Valentin never got his bereavement the right way. IMAGINE the pain that this entire en-devour inflicted on his mom, sisters, brother, cousins, uncles, grandparents, nieces, nephews, and friends. It has been almost TWO YEARS and they still have no answers, no justice. There is plenty of evidence and the NCIS is dragging their feet. The Marines and NCIS aren't able to hold anyone accountable. The United States Military has a serious issue with ACCOUNTABILITY and keeping their troops safe while on deployment and on bases closer to home.
The cause of death was BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA to the back of his head. The last time Ronald was seen was leaving work on August 31st. He went back to his room to change and get ready for the night. He had a pack of beer in his backpack (according to his roommate), took a bus to the Sergeant's residence, met with him and other Pvts as well. He was never seen again after that night. NCIS says the case is still ongoing and after almost two years we have no answers, no justice, no peace. No one saw anything and the cameras weren't working. Those who last saw Ronald claim that Ronald he left the room to make a phone call and never returned, leaving his backpack behind. Ronald's always wore glasses and they have not been found till this day. If Ronald's mother knows anything about her son its the FACT that he NEVER went anywhere without his glasses..unless.. he took them off to go to sleep or for a reason like.. to get beat. He also disliked beer very much and his toxicology report came back negative. The Sergeant brought Ronald's backpack to Ronald's job because he didn't know where Ronald lived. Since they worked together he brought it there to give him his backpack, the Sergeant said he didn't know Ronald was missing. There are holes in the story.
Ronald was a great man with an even greater future. Ronald was the type of man who would give the shirt off his back for a friend and the last dollar in his wallet. Ronald was the type of man that brought people together, he was like glue. He was a family man down to his core. His personality was golden and his sense of humor unmatched. He was a once in a lifetime type of friend. He dropped out of the University of Maine to pursue his life long dream, serving his country and becoming a Marine. He had big dreams and aspirations of owning a clothing brand, becoming an entrepreneur, and giving back to his community; uplifting the younger generation. He had goals and a plan after he finished serving his country. He was a smart man with a strong work ethic. His younger brother Wesley is also a Marine and is currently a reservist. We need to get justice for his family, they need to be at peace.
PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION and help us get closer to receiving the JUSTICE his family so rightfully deserves, the JUSTICE his mother NEEDS! The people of this Country have power in numbers and together we can demand for JUSTICE and bring peace to the Valentin family.
