Whereas James L. Robart has usurped powers reserved to the President of the United States and the Executive Branch; and whereas he has caused actions that are dangerous to the lives and liberties of the Citizens of the United States; and whereas he has betrayed his oath to support and defend the Constitution; and whereas he has by his actions promoted the welfare of foreign nations and foreign nationals against the better interests of United States Citizens:  We the People of the United States call upon our elected representative in the Congress of the United States to bring Articles of Impeachment against James L. Robart for failure to execute the duties of his office.
