Ethan Couch ("Affluneza" teen) and his parents should be forced to reimburse the taxpayers, Tarrant County, Texas, the F.B.I., the U.S. Marshalls, the country of Mexico and everyone else who had to spend money capturing him and his mother! Their defense in his trail for killing 4 innocent people while he drove under the influence was that he was so rich he did not know right from wrong! If they are so rich (affluent) then they can pay back all that were involved in the capture of this spoiled brat and his enabling mother!
