They waste tax payers money: heavy equipment to close roads, level land and other things that's not necessary. The money could go to better use of the equipment and labor.
Animal cruelty: killing animals instead of relocating them, holding horses and burros in holding pens to long and not getting them the proper food and treatment they need, setting traps that break the legs of horses and burros escape to later die in an unnecessary way.
Asking for funds and getting more than they ask for and not returning the excess money that's not needed and costing tax payers money they should not be spending.
United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management should uphold the laws like all people have to do and if they don't then should be held accountable if they don't. Same as anyone else would.
