Kim Henderson, formerly Kim Hall, has shown with great clarity that she is not capable of performing the functions needed to lead her team.  Her ghastly oversight on planning, failure to adapt to her teams obvious pitfalls and her general negligence has caused great harm to the Citizens of Ohio.  Let's let our voices be heard and seek her removal from her position.

A little back story.  Kim is the Director of Ohio's Job and Family Services.  She is responsible for overseeing their operations.  This includes Unemployment Insurance, a veritable lifeline for many Ohioans during the Covid-19 Pandemic.  When the first lockdowns came into place and the first CARES Act legislation was being sent out to the States, many of us waited with baited breath for assistance.  And we waited and waited and waited.  Over two months later, after many of the great people struggled and faced hardships.  As they had to decide who in the family was going to eat, what bills would be paid and many other very hard decisions.

Despite the overwhelming failure of the implementation and a complete lack of general consideration for the people of Ohio, Kim Henderson retained her position.  The Pandemic has and continues to rage on.  Another round of Unemployment Extensions has been granted in another package.  Was Kim's team more prepared to handle this package?  Had they learned from their complete blunder of the last time around?  ABSOLUTELY NOT.  Kim, with her wisdom, decided to continue to use the Third Party, Deloitte, to implement the program.  The same company that not only took over TWO MONTHS to PROGRAM the PUA system, but also managed to compromise thousands of hard working Ohioans personal information.  This is an outrage.

So, this Petition is the bring awareness and to shout from the Rooftops, FIRE KIM HENDERSON OF OHIO JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES.  Why should she retain her job when her FAILURES are so obvious and available for all of us to see and suffer through.  Please replace her with someone that has the mental capacity to create solutions that help get AID to people in Ohio much faster.  This is EMERGENCY RELIEF we are waiting on that the Department of Labor has given guidance on WEEKS AGO, yet all we get is Lip Service and Bull Shit.  

THIS MUST STOP!  Urge your State Representatives to push forward in Firing Kim Henderson.  Time for her to file an UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIM!!!
