Division 5 in St. Charles County is holding a hearing on whether to allow the brutal slaying of Betsy Faria in as evidence in the slaying of Louis Gumpenberger.  Hope was dimming that the murderers of Betsy Faria would ever be held accountable.Now the opportunity to find out what really happen is a distinct possibility. St. Charles County is a well established righteous court system unlike Lincoln County Mo. Remember we have a killer on the loose that is roaming among us. In that there was unknown male dna in blood on the light switch in the Faria home. That was not Russ Faria's. Leah Wommack Chaney refused to allow the DNA to be tested against Lincoln County Law Enforcement and or Hupps male relatives.  We are calling on St. Charles County to give Betsy's family, friends and community an airing of the truth.  We have no other alternative than to believe that the United States Attorney and the office Chief Disciplinary Counsel is complicit in the cover up. Since there is no other logical reason that Hupp and her her accomplice have not been charged. A preschooler could have solved Betsy's murder. We call on Tom Dietmeyer of the United States Attorney's office to prosecute the killers of Betsy Faria. We call on Alan D. Pratzel, chief Disciplinary counsel to take action regarding the misconduct of Leah Wommack Chaney in the Russ Faria matter. Leah Wommack Chaney is and was a threat to the public safety as evidenced by the subsequent killing of Louis Gumpenberger. They are trying to stall the case with the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel hoping we will forget what Leah Wommack Chaney did to Russ Faria and Louis Gumpenberger. (we will leave the discussion the urgent need to have the legislature replace the office of chief disciplinary counsel with a body that holds lawyers accountable) We will never forget!  Betsy Faria, Russ Faria and Louis Gumpenberger deserve justice not only for Louis and Betsy's murder but for the wrong doing regarding those murders. Specifically, Leah Wommack Chaney's action that lead directly to the death of Louis Gumpenberger.  We anxiously await the swearing in of Mike Wood as the new Lincoln County Prosecuting attorney. We ask Mike Wood to put a call into the investigators of Cold Justice who specialize in dealing with botched cases. Do not allow the incompetents from the Lincoln County sheriffs department to thwart justice again.  We will never go away until Pam Hupp and her accomplices including Leah Wommack Chaney are behind bars where they belong and Lincoln County citizens can live in peace and prosperity. Russ Faria and Louis Gumpenberger deserve justice not only for Louis and Betsy's murder but for the wrong doing regarding those murders and Leah Wommack Chaney's action that lead directly to the death of Louis Gumpenberger.
