Lincoln County Tax Assessments released last week reflected an across the board 20% increase in assessed value with no corresponding increases in property value. There were no cuts in expenses. The County Commission and the acting authorities refuse to take the necessary actions to cut the fat. Instead, they are going to just pass the buck onto the taxpayer. Those who continue to bring massive lawsuits into the county remain employed and no cost cutting measures have been instituted. The bozos want the citizens who they continue to screw over to pay for their criminal conduct. The increase in assessments was done in anticipation of mass judgements against the county for continuing violations of civil rights against Russ Faria, John Askey as well as sexual misconduct, wrongful adoption and discrimination lawsuits. Insurance does not cover criminal acts or intentional wrongdoing. There was no insurance when the Faria case was brought. The lawsuits continue to pour in with no end in sight. County officials have not taken any action to stop the flow of lawsuits either. There is no ethics policy and no whistleblower rewards for those who turn in fraudsters in the county government. County officials view the taxpayer coffers as their piggy banks. So while you are working two jobs and now worried how you will pay your taxes remember Leah Askey is taking a 10 day vacation on your money. Leah continues the unethical and illegal conduct that brought you the international embarrassment and unconscionable case of Russ Faria. Which freed a serial killer to kill again. County officials sport new cars and new houses on your dime. They have multiple high end cell phones at your expense. Lincoln County is the poster children for fraud, waste and abuse of public monies. The juvenile office is raking in up to $250k a child they take away from their real families and a $10k bonus for every stranger adoption that is made from the federal government.(Human Trafficking disguised as Adoption). The county is raking in federal money for federal prisoners at a day rate plus screwing over the people of Lincoln County that they can frame up to make Court debt slaves for life by holding them in jail without counsel on trumped up charges.(Mass Incarceration of dissidents) All the Lincoln County officials can think or say is they want more! More of your money to spend on themselves and waste while they use it to abuse the citizenry and trash the United States Constitution. What we have now is the most retrograde individuals on the planet in control of our government. Drunkards, druggies, and thieves who steal from the county coffers and even charities. Even when caught red handed they still have the audacity to ask for more. They want more of your money so they can live the high life and you can serve them. They have rendered the Citizenry impotent with their reckless financial policies, reckless unconstitutional procedures and lack of oversight and the corresponding bills that go with it. All the citizens have time to do is work. Work to pay for them and their outrageous new homes, boats, and tropical vacations. How does a prosecuting attorney make a $150k a year and have all their expenses and license fees paid while you are struggling to get gas in your car and feed your families? In a county with under 50,000 people where the average Lincoln County family makes $60k. Even when the Citizens prove through concrete evidence and cancelled checks that officials are engaged in ongoing criminal activity nothing is done. In the case of Leah Askey the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel that is entrusted with regulating the behavior of attorney’s is wholly owned by the attorneys they are supposed to regulate. You ask why nothing is done. It is because the fox is in charge of the henhouse. There are no impediments to the two class community Lincoln County officials are trying to foster onto the citizens. They are entitled to be served and you must serve them. It is a form of neo feudalism. They view themselves as a sort of nobility. They want you to be subject to all kinds of rules, laws and regulations so that they can collect fines and fees and maintain a strict level of control. Then there is another set of rules for them. The rules that apply to you do not apply to them such as the prohibition on drunk driving, framing someone for a crime and even stealing from a charity. You work two jobs and they take tropical vacations and run their luxury boats up and down the Lake. You worry about the electric bill. They worry about how they will seize that money for your electric bill to add to their pot of cash and use complicated accounting methods to recirculate that money into their own wallets. The traditional mechanisms for reform do not work. We have to step outside those mechanisms and expose them for who they are. Staying mum about their secrets only takes your power and increases theirs! We have to all stand up and fight back. When you stand up and fight back it gives others the courage to do the same. There are more of us then there are of them and regardless of what technology they employ they cannot change that. Lincoln County court and county officials are un-American. They celebrate by targeting and scapegoating the poor, the weak, the elderly, minorities and intellectuals as well as those with terminal illness such as cancer to take from them what little they have including their children. They are financed by the most unsavory man in the community. Lincoln County officials collude with the “banker” to steal assets and re-appropriate them for their own uses. There is no transparency. They have secret tribunals and secret court orders. They function as a mini fascist government. The United States Constitution has been round filed. The more they steal from the people under the guise of government , the more the people are enslaved to the County Entitled group. They serve and protect each other and that entitlement. The citizenry has been rendered utterly un-empowered. We vote one bad prosecuting attorney out and another one of their in crowd people is moved in. They all just shift hats but the shake down continues. County officials are the leaches in our community bleeding it dry for their Caligula style pleasure palaces. Lincoln County security and electronic surveillance capabilities are profound, immense deep and growing. They are currently being sued for misuse of these resources. Experts state that they have never seen a community the size of Lincoln County with the electronic technological expertise the county government has invested in. Remember the Gestapo broke bones but the Stasi broke souls. The holding of people in the Lincoln County jail is not only to send the incarcerated a message but also to send the community a message. Lincoln County wants to say look what we can get by with. We can hold these people without counsel, trial and they just disappear with added benefit of charging them for their own incarceration. Send a loud and clear message that you reject their oppression and enslavement by whatever method you have available. Carve out some space whether it be in art or in writing or whatever your mode of communication to reject publicly what they are doing to the people of the county and those that they can put their meat hooks into. Take a stand! Reclaim your God Given Constituational Rights! The movement is to take back our courts and our government from the power players and restore it to a government that follows the United States Constitution by and for all of the people. It is time to flip the Script. Get the Lincoln County Government Scum out of our daily lives, out of our wallets and off our backs. We need to shut down the Lincoln County government and court and run them out on a rail! We have to start fresh if Leah Askey taught us anything it was that one new person will change nothing. They all have to go! We have to build our own parties with our own free people that will restore peace, privacy and happiness across the land.
