In what can only be described as a huge win and a revelation of what is yet to come, the Honorable Judge Rick Zerr of St. Charles County set aside the Peoples Bank and Trust, aka "PBT Bank", illegally obtained judgement against the Berhorsts. In a fair court both sides are allowed to present evidence and litigate their case. Unlike what is going on in Lincoln County in a seemingly deranged parallel universe. (We will have more tomorrow about an illegal secret order issued against any person who politically opposes corrupt prosecutor Leah Askey that she actually submitted to the office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel to try to silence our bar complaints. It is stranger than fiction)! We predict the Berhorst's will be victorious in recovering their home and lost business. That PBT Bank will be outed as a corrupt and scandalous bank. We also proclaim Judge Rick Zerr to be an All American Judge who is everything that has made this country great! He has courage, integrity and we predict he will go far in his career! Further, he has protected the sovereign right of every citizen of St. Charles to have a cold one without being deprived by some crooked banker! If you see him, buy him a beer he has earned it!
