Petition updateUnited States Department of Justice Investigate Lincoln County Missouri Courts & Sheriff!Thomas Wilkerson case Adopted by International Advocacy Group for the Wrongfully Convicted
Citizens to Stop Lincoln County Missouri Corruption
Mar 31, 2017
The Thomas Wilkerson Case was adopted by the International Advocacy Group for the Wrongfully convicted headed by the famous UK justice fighter George Barwood. The new book Anatomy of Innocence by Jeffrey Deskovic. Wrongly Convicted is currently touring Barnes and Noble with Barry Sheck. The more people who hear Tom's story the more people are outraged by the unconscionable proceedings against him and others in Lincoln County. As we wait for the Missouri Appellate court to reverse Tom's conviction. More and more is coming to light about the illegal and incompetent actions of the courts and juvenile office in Lincoln County.
Further, We are informed that Thomas Wilkerson was knowingly prosecuted by Leah Askey in that she admitted she knew he was innocent when she filed the case. Leah Askey is currently under investigation by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the Missouri Bar and at least three other governmental agencies. The defense counsel appears to have to thrown the case and despite having been paid large sums of money did not submit any real objections. However, nothing explains that outrageous sentence of 23 years in solitary confinement other than cruelty on the part of Suspended Judge Chris Kunza Mennemeyer. Whom the Missouri Supreme Court and the Missouri Judicial Commission labeled not competent to act as a Judge. In that Judge Mennemeyer had no experience in Criminal law and had never even tried a case when she ran to become presiding judge.
The adoption of Tom's Case by the Wrongfully Convicted Group is fabulous news and will help bring Tom home. Once that happens we will be moving to hold those responsible for this wrongful conviction accountable for their actions.
Wrongfully Convicted Group is a networking group that provides opportunities for fund raising, reviews of fantastic attorneys and a platform for discussion to stop the over prosecution and wrongful conviction epidemic in the United States and across the world!
