Leah Askey/ Lincoln County is being sued for improperly using stingray and other technology from the Lincoln County sheriffs Department. She also may have used it to spy on other adversaries including this group and other individuals she deemed to be her political rivals. There are allegations that Askey used this technology to spy on Russ Faria and his associates. Reportedly the usage came with the help and assistance of persons within the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department.
