US Attorney Callahan says they are only doing a limited review of the Betsy Faria murder not the comprehensive investigation we are asking for that would hold all parties accountable for the murder and the false conviction of Russ Faria and others. Prosecuting Attorney from St. Charles County said Tim Lomar said Pam Hupp killed Louis Gumpenberger to take heat off of her for the murder of Betsy Faria. Who told Pam Hupp that the feds were reviewing the case? Where was the heat coming from? Do you think this "inquiry" is what spooked Hupp and caused her to "troll for a patsy to take the heat off of her." Wonder who told her US Attorney Richard Callahan was looking into the Russ Faria case? Surely not PA Leah Askey since Hupp was apparently being looked at by the Fed's. Only a corrupt official would do something like that. Cough..cough This case screams for a Federal Investigation into corruption possible bribery Case rigging conflicts of interest and insurance fraud. How does the US attorney propose to use the faulty investigation and rigged files from Leah Askey to charge Pam Hupp. It will be laughed out of court if he tries to use it. Lincoln County authorities have zero credibility. We demand a comprehensive investigation into Betsy's murder and the Lincoln County authorities who rigged the case and then leaked the information to Hupp that the case was under Review. Leah Askey Must resign and never have anything to do with any review or investigation of this case. As always warn everyone you know what is going on in Lincoln County. Warn them go there to visit come back on probation for trumped up charges.
