This Orange County bill is becoming a prototype as demands sweep across the nation for Prosecutor accountability for falsifying and withholding evidence. Lobbying of our Missouri legislators will continue until we get full accountability for those who wreck havoc on others lives merely to further their career and increase revenue for their jurisdiction. Missouri has no real check on power of Missouri Prosecutors. Even with hundreds of complaints lodged against a bad prosecutor with documented withholding of evidence nothing is done. There needs to be a Citizens review board of Lincoln County Courts and Authority that acts as an independent check. This board should be able to issue binding recommendations for removal for misconduct and breach of human decency. What do you think?
