Our proposed solution is that someone from outside of Lincoln County (not from the old Lincoln County Families who have caused so much misery for so many years) be brought in to oversee an orderly transition to a court system that functions normally. We are also requesting a Citizen’s review board. This board could consider complaints about Lincoln County Authorities, Judges, Prosecutors, Juvenile officers and make recommendations to the new party overseeing the new judicial system including investigations, audits, and removal. The new Citizens review board members identities could be kept confidential and they could convene outside Lincoln County to prevent intimidation.
