The attached case of Michael Morton is strikingly familiar to our own Russ Faria case. However, in Morton's case the State authorities held the real criminals responsible for their actions. While 10 days in jail is not sufficient for framing someone for murder. It is a good start. We need to hold the Lincoln County authorities responsible for their wrongful acts. They must be immediately removed from their positions so they can not hurt any other people or families. There is so much evidence in the Faria case of misconduct and still the Bar Association and the US Attorney have not acted. Letting these people continue to prey on the public. Enough is Enough.
