Reform/Defund Child Protection Services
The Issue
The Department of Human Services, Child Protection Services, the Department of Social Services, and Family court are ripping good families apart.
It is no secret that DHS and CPS is filled with corruption so the question is why is no one doing anything?
Too many GOOD families are being destroyed, by false allegations with zero proof and by bonus seeking employees that work for Child Protection Services. Family Court is kept closed so that the unjust and unconstitutional acts are kept from the public eye.
They say their goal is “to keep families together”, yet in 90% of cases they tear families apart. Usually starting with men. They come in and remove the male from the home creating a broken home, a broken family, and creating a vicious cycle of keeping the mothers and children on their programs, foster care programs, welfare and other “resources” that these workers and states receive *bonuses* on. They illegally force their doings on unsuspecting families and rule them as if they have total control.
Good families across America are losing their children based off of a social workers thoughts and feelings. 88% of children removed, are removed with zero evidence to back up the case. Spiteful people are using CPS as a tool, to start, finish and win custody disputes while the factual truth is never looked at.
Judges are sending kids home to die, while taking away children who are wanted loved and cared for. And still allowed to be Judges. Men are treated as the problem and forced out and then children are taken once the mother can’t provide because they removed half of the household on a whim.
CPS workers are allowed to lie, and go off of anything they want, and treat family plans they do not explain to people as written law. Even having proof they do not listen. If you show proof of CPS or court officials lying you are told you are being combative and don’t love your children.
They pretend to help, while they torment families across the country. And while scientific evidence shows how damage the removal of a child can do it still keeps happening.
They are traumatizing fathers, mothers and children for their own gain. Even politicians have spoken out and yet, video after video and document after document emerges showing nothing has changed!!
WE WANT REFORM!!
CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED FROM THEIR HOMES WITH OUT SOLID EVIDENCE OR PROOF OF ABUSE.
NO MORE COURT ORDERS BASED ON A THOUGHT OR A FEELING!
This is not new. This has been going on for decades!!
Help save our children and bring back the fundamentals of strong family values that CPS sets out to destroy!
Let our men be fathers and our mothers be mothers to their children. As given to us by our 14th Amendment rights!
The trickle down effect of CPS’ wrong doings are destroying our freedoms, our families and costing tax payers money that should not have been given to these organizations, programs etc.
a reference video of a senator in the 1990s who helped try to expose this! Again I ask why has nothing changed? It’s 2022 and it seems that snatching kids from their families and tearing apart households is still alive and well in the American Family Court System!
Open family courts and require solid proof for the separation of family and children. Stop treating FREE parents worse than Prisoners when trying to care for their children!!!
