There are Many  women  that go undiagnosed with incompetent cervix,  which leads to early  pregnancy losses,  and preterm labor,  if there were more test early on pregnancy  this things could be fix for many, there are a few procedures that can be done if the incompetent cervix is diagnosed early  on pregnancy,  and this procedures  can help prevent early losses and premature labor,  there not any kind of awareness for this condition,  and there are thousands of women  all over suffering from it and, grieving their losses, or having a NICU baby. We need more awareness more help. 

What is incompetent cervix?

An incompetent cervix, also called acervical insufficiency, occurs when weak cervical tissue causes or contributes to premature birth or the loss of an otherwise healthy pregnancy. ... If you have anincompetent cervix, your cervix might begin to open too soon — causing you to give birth too early.

Again it will be great if each pregnant women would get test or have cervical length checks early on the pregnancy  to prevent  the worst.
