Please implement regulations requiring farm owners and operators and animal shelter owners to use live cameras 24/7. If this were a requirement, the US would be able to prevent animal cruelty, abuse, and heinous murders. It would also help prevent filthy, inhumane living conditions. Many animals suffer needlessly in this country on a regular basis. If we had a real time newsfeed visible to everyone in local communities across the country, we could stop this together and make a meaningful positive difference in many animals' lives.
