Fog Spraying Chemicals on Actively Growing Fruit Crops

This "Care-Less" thinking among the conventional farming community is unbelievably shameful and destructive.

The Issue:

1. Chemicals are sprayed on actively growing fruit and ripe fruit. This fruit will be harvested and shipped for your consumption with incredibly high levels of chemicals on the fruit and within the cellular structure. 

2. Pollinators such as bees and hunting insectivores are hit with the chemicals and have to process this. Most of the insects will die immediately and the ones that survive will be eaten and the bio-accumulation of the chemicals will build up throughout the food chain and will effect the entire ecosystem locally. 

3. Residents breathing in these chemicals, are not notified when the farmers spray and the drift can cause respiratory irritation and possibly cancer with enough exposure. 

How can this be healthy, and environmentally conscientious? These farmers are incredibly thoughtless. Instead of thinking about the bigger picture, they will destroy our world for the future. 

Please do your part and only by CERTIFIED organic produce, even better so if it is locally grown.

Keep in mind that when you consume conventional fruit, it has been sprayed weekly throughout the year with harsh and harmful chemicals. The farmers and workers are required to wear pesticide applicators gear including hazmat suits and gas masks.
