People have been trying to help this horse for years. So many reports have been filed with the department of agriculture and nothing is being done. It’s living conditions are absolutely horrible. There used to be two but one was hit and killed by a car back in April due to them getting out (nothing new) trying to eat grass. It lives in a muddy roundpen area and occasionally is tied to a truck for days without food and water. I have personally witnessed the neglect of this horse for years now. Please help me, better yet, help this horse. This horse needs to be removed and she shouldn’t be allowed to have another horse due to the treatment of this horse.
