Incredibly unacceptable are the conditions in which the Puerto Rico Zoo is found. They have been closed for years and not release the animals although several associations have made the offer. Animals continue to die and nobody does anything to help them. The elephant has once been many years of cruelty and loneliness being mistreated with electricity.

Sacrifices are made because they cant provide proper veterinary care. What are we waiting to do what is right?
