Every year, millions of dogs are euthanized within animal shelters. While many, many animal shelters use euthanasia by injection (EBI), many shelters still use other forms of euthanasia that are incredibly inhumane, such as gas chambers and some states even allow the animal to be shot. Aside from gas chambers as a form of euthanasia being inhumane towards animals, it also poses a danger to the workers. In this issue brief I've created, it outlines the dangers of gas chambers as well as better options to end it. Join the petition and put an end to gas chambers!
