There is a "hidden" fund of taxpayer dollars that has been used to pay settlements for members of congress who have been accused of sexual harassment or other charges.  The records of those payments have not been revealed.  We, the public, deserve to know what is happening with these funds, and who has used to fund to settle complaints.  Who have been the subjects of the complaints and what has been the payouts to settle those complaints?
