Amend the Constitution to require a Senate vote for Supreme Court Nominees within 1 month

Amend the Constitution to require a Senate vote for Supreme Court Nominees within 1 month
The Issue
Supreme Court nominees are not being addressed in a timely fashion due to Washington politics. If the US Senate cannot do its job, then it is incumbent upon the US Citizens to press Congress for a change to the Constitution to force them to act. This change will ensure that the nominees move through the process, ensure that the Judicial Branch of government is fully represented and provide visibility regarding how our Representatives vote on certain nominees.
