We must hold accountable people who are derelict in their duties that cause irreparable harm. By not allowing this injustice to continue, we can right a wrong that should have never taken place. Removing a soldier's rank on his funeral day, desecrating his funeral, and causing undo stress to the family is reprehensible and conduct unbecoming of a member of the Armed Forces. If we do not hold these people responsible for their actions, and reinstate SPC LaDart to the rightfully earned rank of SGT, then we are perpetrating a culture within the Army that will only further erode its' integrity.
