We, Congolese American Women, DEMAND justice for all Congolese young girls, women of all ages and the entire Congolese population. Rape has been used as a weapon of war which is a criminal act against humanity. Rape DOES NOT have a statute of limitation. Killings have been perpetrated against Congolese people for over two decades. 

After more than two decades of conflicts, the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo continues to be a war zone where insecurity has ravaged the entire region. As of August 4th, 2022, the UN group of experts have reported to the UN Security Counsel with concrete solid evidence of Rwandan government's direct involved in the destabilization of peace, as it supports terrorist group of M23 with personnels, logistics, and military equipments to kill Congolese people and destabilized peace in the Eastern parts of the DRC. 

We demand the US government to IMPOSE sanctions against the government of Rwanda, precisely to end military aid and any form of aid that enables the Rwandan government to fuel the M23 Terrorist Group in their Quest to Kill Congoleses and Destabilize Peace, Security, and Territorial Integrity of the DRC. This Disregard Behavior for the Democratic republic of Congo by the Rwandan government should NOT be tolerated by the UN Security Counsel, The United Stated and other Nations as it poses an extraordinary threat to the Foreign Policy of the United Stated of America in the Great Lakes Regions and around World.
