Nana Akufo-Addo epitomises the mantra sang by all peace lovers "Live to see a better day". Knowing that the verdict of the supreme court was erroneous and smacked of collusion & injustice, he maintained the peace. Knowing that he could go for a review & based upon the inconsistencies in the various judgments, could overturn the verdict, he chose Ghana & Ghanaians over his Presidency. Not until we're able to unveil our objectivity & sensible understanding of issues we will remain in this quandary. Not until we're able to unite as a Nation & rebuke our leaders for malpractices that bear directly on our dignity & right to survive in prosperity, we shall remain down-trodden. Not until we're able to come to terms with our existence as one people with different affiliations & views living in unison & harmony we will never know peace, for peace is not only the silence of the guns but the turmoil of the souls. War is not only the rampage of the mad; it is the silent execution of the spirits.
